Step 2 – Create a FREE Team Beachbody Account.

A free Team Beachbody account will provide for you some additional free tools that can help keep you motivated and moving forward. Additionally, getting an account will officially make me your FREE coach. I will always try answer questions from anyone, but I must prioritize those I am officially coaching. Otherwise, what’s the point of making me your coach… right!?! = )

 

Sign up for a free account on TeamBeachbody.com and get all the benefits listed below. No payment information required. 

  • Schedule Workouts – Schedule and track workouts in the WOWY SuperGym.
  • Personal Coach – A personal Beachbody Coach to provide all the support tools, motivation, and advice a member needs to reach their goals. – This me! = )
  • Message Boards – Get personalized advice from Beachbody’s staff of fitness and nutrition experts, plus support from peers in the Team Beachbody community.
  • Workout Buddies – Connect with like-minded people with the same goal of getting fit and healthy within Team Beachbody’s fitness-oriented social network.

  • Personalized Meal Planner This guide educates you on how to create your own personalized meal plan that is within the correct calorie range and macros for your CURRENT body’s condition. This thing literally walks you through every step of the way. 
  • Michi’s Ladder Food GuideThis is a guide for healthy nutrition. Basically, this guide tells you which foods are better or worse than others. Think you know it all? You might be surprised… check it out. 
  • Basic Meal Plan Rules – Also included in the Personalized Meal Planner above, these are a set of rules that outline what a healthy meal plan would look like.
