Hey guys, thanks for checking out this free content. These five videos were created in 2012, and were an attempt to explain some of the most common questions I was getting during this time. The videos mostly deal with how to track calories, stay accountable, and stay committed to achieving results. The videos are definitely old (and I honestly field a little bit corny making them), but I still believe that there are a few little gems of knowledge that folks can still use today.

Day 3 – Getting “PLUGGED” In!

Alright, welcome back! I hope that you are enjoying the video course, and more importantly… APPLYING the information that I am sharing with you.

Well, you’ve made it to day 3 of the video series. Today is all about “Getting Plugged In”  and getting involved with a support system. A lot of folks lack the motivation to complete their programs, and Day 3 will give you a few tips on how you can get the motivation you need to get insane results.

Day 4 – Setting S.M.A.R.T. Goals! 

Welcome back, today is Day 4 of the course. Today we will be discussing something CRUCIAL to your success with your fitness program, and that crucial element is GOAL SETTING! Believe it or not, setting and achieving a goal is not all that hard…IF (an only if) you approach that goal the right way.

I’m not gonna say too much more here because I don’t wanna spoil the video….so let’s jump right in!

S.M.A.R.T. Goal Setting Check List 

Goals need to be:

  • S – specific
  • M – measurable
  • A – attainable
  • R – relevant
  • T – time bound

 

Homework: as I mentioned in the video…be sure to do this.

  • List your “SMART” goal and post it somewhere that you will literally see it every day.

 Day 5 – Develop Resolve!

 

Alright…. you’ve made it to the final day of the for Fitness Success Course. Have you been doing your homework? I hope so… mastering these 5 topics really does make getting results SO MUCH EASIER. And I know you want to get in incredible shape, otherwise you wouldn’t have bothered looking into this course. So PLEASE, do yourself a favor…go back and do the few “homework” assignments that I’ve asked you to do.

Now, Day 5 is a little different from the other 4 days. In the other days we talked about how to get results, but in Day 5 I will discuss how to KEEP the motivation and continue to BRING IT after you’ve been on your fitness journey for a little while. Believe it or not, a lot of people go through P90X and get decent results only to completely quit working out again after the 90 days. This dumbfounds me…lol. Seriously, when I get these kinds of emails from people I wish I could slap them through the computer screen. = ) They DID all that hard work for nothing, and they know it otherwise I wouldn’t be getting the email. DON’T let this happen to you!

Day 5 is about developing RESOLVE. This journey, whether it be for 60 or 90 days, is just the beginning of a new healthy lifestyle that you’re going to live. These first days are there to get you in shape, and show you what’s possible if you put your mind to it. Fitness is a life-long endeavor, and most importantly… a necessity. YOU have to figure out how you’re going to stay motivated to continue being healthy. Let’s get started!
