Below is my P90X – P90X2 hybrid schedule that I used to help build some mass. The workouts are mostly from P90X and P90X2, but I did throw in a few of the P90X One on One Series workouts in the later weeks of my schedule. Please keep in mind that this is just MY hybrid schedule for P90X / P90X2. There are certainly more options, and different ways to do this…this is just one that works for me.
