P90X – P90X2 Hybrid: Mass Gaining

Below is my P90X – P90X2 hybrid schedule that I used to help build some mass. The workouts are mostly from P90X and P90X2, but I did throw in a few of the P90X One on One Series workouts in the later weeks of my schedule. Please keep in mind that this is just MY hybrid schedule for P90X / P90X2. There are certainly more options, and different ways to do this…this is just one that works for me. I hope you can find some use in it!

P90X / P90X 2 Hybrid for Gaining Mass

PHASE I – P90X, P90X2 Hybrid Schedule

Weeks 1-3

M – P90X Chest, Back & Ab Ripper X

T – P90X2 – Plyocide

W – P90X Shoulders and Arms & Ab Ripper X

Th – P90X2 – Yoga

F – P90X2 P.A.P Lower – Ab Ripper X

Sat – P90X2 Recovery and Mobility

Sun – Rest

 

Week 4 – Recovery

M – P90X Core Synergistics

T – P90X2 Recovery and Mobility

W – P90X2 – Yoga

Th – P90X2 Total Body or P90X2 Core

F – P90X2 Recovery and Mobility

Sat – P90X2 – Yoga

Sun – Rest

 

PHASE II – P90X, P90X2 Hybrid Schedule

M – P90X2 Chest, Back and Balance & Ab Ripper X2

T – Plyo-X or Plyocide

W – P90X2 Shoulders and Arms & Ab Ripper X2

Th – P90X2 Yoga

F – P90X Legs and Back & Ab Ripper X

Sat – P90X2 Recovery and Mobility

Sun – Rest

 

Week 8 – Recovery

M – P90X Core Synergistics

T – P90X2 Recovery and Mobility

W – P90X2 – Yoga

Th – P90X2 Total Body or P90X2 Core

M – P90X One on One – 30/15 Upper Body Massacre & ARX 2

T – P90X2 PAP Lower

W – P90X2 Recovery and Mobility

Th – P90X One on One Just Arms & ARX 2

F – P90X2 Yoga

Sat – P90X2 Total Body & ARX 2

Sun – Rest

 

Week 10, 12

M – P90X2 V Sculpt & ARX 2

T – Plyocide

W – P90X2 Recovery and Mobility

Th – P90X2 Chest, Shoulders, and Tris & ARX 2

F – P90X2 Yoga

Sat – P90X2 Base and Back

Sun – Rest

 

Week 13 – Recovery

M – P90X2 Recovery and Mobility
