If you’re looking for a meal plan that tells you exactly what to eat and when, then this is NOT for you. This guide is not about that. This guide was designed to be an educational tool where I teach you how to create a personalized nutrition plan FOR YOURSELF that you can actually follow. Let’s be honest, most of the pre-made diets do not work anyhow. Why would we want to be confined to only eating certain foods at certain times?!? That’s incredibly difficult, and it’s just not practical for most of us.

This guide teaches the “Flexible Dieting” principle where you will be eating sensibly MOST of the time, but still leaving yourself a little wiggle room. In my opinion, this is the only type of “dieting” that will work for most of us. The fact is… most of use don’t get paid on how perfect we eat. We aren’t body builders or professional athletes. Although, this nutritional guide would be beneficial to anyone, it’s mainly tailored to helping the “average folks” (like me), create excellent eating plans to achieve great results. Make sense?
